The bankruptcy estate is selling:

1 TechnoGym Arm Extension

The device display works perfectly normally even though the image taken of the display does not appear normal (the phenomenon is due to the compatibility of the phone camera and the treadmill display technologies).

The bankruptcy estate has received the following information about the item:

• worked normally until the start of bankruptcy

• all Semjen Oy equipment has been inspected and serviced in summer 2026

The item must be paid for within one day of acceptance of the item, and the receipt must be presented when collecting the item.

The item must be collected on 16.10.2026 between 10.30 and 16.30 or on 19.10.2026 between 10.30 and 16.30. COLLECTION OF THE ITEM IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ANY OTHER TIME.

The doors can be reached by a van (max height 285 cm and gross weight 4 tonnes) + trailer. It is advisable to arrive via Klemeläntie. From Klemeläntie, turn up the hill shown in the last picture and drive straight ahead; after the underpass, the entrance doors are in front of you. If arriving by lorry, the lorry must be left approx. 150 m-200 m from the doors. A forklift can be used to move goods from the doors to the lorry. Movement with normal pallet trucks is difficult because there are gentle slopes along the route.

There are no stairs at the site. Inside the gym, items can be moved with pallet trucks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the item on site; there is no assistance from the bankruptcy estate!
