The bankruptcy estate sells:

1 pc TechnoGym Vario Excite 500 Sp cross trainer

The device display works completely normally even though the image taken of the display does not appear normal (the phenomenon is due to compatibility between the phone camera and the treadmill display technologies).

The bankruptcy estate has received the following information about the item:

• worked normally until the start of bankruptcy proceedings

• all Semjen Oy equipment has been checked and serviced in summer 2026

The item must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance of the item, and the receipt must be presented when collecting the item.

The item must be collected on 16 October 2026 between 10.30 and 16.30 or on 19 October 2026 between 10.30 and 16.30. COLLECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ANY OTHER TIME.

You can reach the front of the doors by van (max height 285 cm and total weight 4 tonnes) + trailer. It is advisable to arrive via Klemeläntie. From Klemeläntie, turn up the hill shown in the last picture and drive straight on; after the underpass, the entrance doors are ahead. If arriving by lorry, the lorry must be left about 150 m-200 m from the doors. A forklift can be used to move goods from the doors to the lorry. Moving with ordinary pallet jacks is difficult because there are gentle slopes along the route.

There are no stairs to carry items over at the site. Inside the gym, items can be moved with pallet jacks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the item on site; no assistance will be provided by the bankruptcy estate!
