DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is done via the Matkahuolto Parcels app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery is dispatched from us within 1-2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photos before the packaging is discarded or the product is put into use.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In trade between a company and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.
