22T pneumatic jack

belongs to the group of bottle jacks, designed to lift a vehicle along the vertical axis. The jack operates with compressed air, which creates rotary motion in the hydraulic pump, in turn generating pressure in the hydraulic cylinder section. As the pressure rises, the actuator's telescopic section moves upwards. As the pressure drops, it lowers and moves downwards. Another important design element is the jack's length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles with hard-to-reach support points. These jacks are fitted with wheels, allowing them to be moved around on rough ground. Versions designed for portable use are also available; these are much lighter and smaller, making them easy to carry in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the built-in lubricator, friction between interacting surfaces is reduced, which lowers wear and protects them from corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used in the servicing of lorries, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The device is equipped with two additional adapters that increase the jack height. Road wheels allow for easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for better working comfort.
