The tractor’s front loader and blade are sold together with the tractor.

The enforcement officer was unable to start the tractor. It is suspected that at least the battery is flat. Other faults cannot be ruled out either. The tractor has only one key, and the outer door is locked with a separate cable lock, which also has only one key. The property is sold in its current condition. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for any defects or faults that may exist in the property.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to

the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 24.9.2026 to 19.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19.10.2026 at 12:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer

decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected. If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, to be included

in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the person submitting the offer, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 16.10.2026 at 10:00 to the Kouvola office of the Enforcement Authority, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to thoroughly inspect the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

The tractor will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held, once the full purchase price has been paid. The handover time must be agreed with the deputy enforcement officer handling the matter. The buyer must transport the vehicle acquired at their own expense and risk at the agreed handover time.
