The tractor's front loader and rear blade are sold together with the tractor.

The tractor was started by the enforcement officer on 15 October 2026. There is only one key for the tractor, and the exterior door is locked with a detachable cable lock, which likewise has only one key. The property is sold as-is. The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not liable for any deficiencies or defects that may occur in the property.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in

the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 24 September and 19 October 2026. Registration is required to participate in the auction. The deadline for bids is 19 October 2026 at 12:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not liable for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer

will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be entered into the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding agent. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 16 October 2026 at 10:00 to the Kouvola office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to carefully inspect the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid.

The tractor will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held once the full purchase price has been paid. The handover time must be agreed with the senior enforcement officer handling the matter. The buyer must, at their own expense and risk, remove the vehicle they have purchased at the agreed handover time.
