Sold as a project, for refurbishment or for parts: a heavy-duty MerCruiser 7.4-litre V8 (Big Block) inboard engine assembly. The engine has been disassembled, it has not been assembled, and it is sold as a broad project package as shown in the photos, directly from storage. A great base for anyone building a powerful boat engine or a comprehensive spare parts set. The item is sold as a complete set as shown in the photos.

The package includes, among other things, the parts shown in the photos:

• Engine block: MerCruiser 7.4 V8 (Big Block) cast-iron block (casting number visible on the side of the block)

• Cylinder heads: Cast-iron cylinder heads with valve gear (2 pcs)

• Crankshaft and flywheel: Crankshaft with toothed-ring flywheel/drive plate

• Gaskets: New Fel-Pro Marine cylinder head gaskets in their packaging (2 pcs, model 17040)

• Oil pan: Aluminium/cast engine oil pan

• Accessories: Water pump, carburettor/intake manifold parts in their own boxes, and other installation accessories visible in the photos

Condition:

Used, see the photos for what is included. No exact information on whether the parts are complete enough for a full engine.

Collection instructions:

The items are located at Hylkeenpyytäjäntie 9, Espoo. Drive in through the gate over the speed bump and turn left immediately from the first or second driveway/space. Look for the large red Scania lorry as a landmark. The item is by the lorry.

BINDING COLLECTION TERMS

Due to a tight schedule, the items can only be collected on Monday 28.09.2026 from 09:00 to 19:00.

Collection must be made within the deadline – no extensions!

Collection must always be agreed in advance by phone, not by text message! You can call between 07:30 and 22:00.

The customer is responsible for moving and carrying the items. We will assist as best we can.

Please make sure you are able to collect the items before you bid on the item.

The buyer can request further information from the phone number that will be sent by email.

Uncollected items will without exception be recycled; the item can no longer be collected after the specified collection date.
