The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when listing the item.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making an offer. The buyer may not later invoke a circumstance that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If there are unpaid taxes, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged for any late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will relist the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
