The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making a bid. The buyer cannot later invoke a circumstance that could have been discovered in a предвар inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item being sold has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the bid page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Please always check all matters potentially related to the purchase before making a decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the possible tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any extra pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
