Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 415 CDI, 2007, Lapua

A very tidy, recently inspected large twin-rear-wheel Sprinter available. Clean and rust-free vehicle, body recently gone through. Sandblasted, acid-treated, epoxy-primed and the sides painted with good automotive paint. Also new stone-chip coating on the sills and arches, and the doors and box sections have been rustproofed. The side trims have new "higher-spec mounting clips" so the underside can be washed clean too and will not rust. The interior is also very tidy, with intact and clean seats. The vehicle has air conditioning and a Webasto heater.

Pass-through model with lights in the load area. No plywood lining has been fitted yet, as it is not known what the next owner may want to do with it. A great vehicle for a construction, HVAC or electrical contractor, with plenty of space for supplies and enough payload. Or as a service vehicle for an earthworks company? A handy camper can turn this into a spacious camper van that is pleasant and inexpensive to maintain. The tachograph has recently been removed by inspection modification.

OM646 twin-turbo engine running very well with strong performance. 6-speed manual gearbox. Registered as a light truck, limited to 90 km/h. Gross vehicle weight according to the registration document: 4600 kg. New LED work lights fitted at the rear. Nothing has ever been towed with it, as it does not have a towbar. The new owner can fit one if needed; they are not expensive and are easy to install.

The Sprinter is being sold because a lorry has been acquired to replace it. A tidy vehicle that still has a long life ahead, needing nothing more than hard driving!
