ABOUT IONISATION:
Negative ions produced in indoor air affect the destruction of light, positively charged particles floating in the air by attaching to them, after which the resulting larger and heavier molecule quickly falls to the ground, away from the breathing zone.

Negative ionisation also breaks down volatile organic compounds from the air, which are highly harmful when breathed in from indoor air. Toxic compounds produced by many microbes, mixed into indoor air as aerosols = microbial toxins, create a very significant health hazard if they reach the lungs unobstructed and through them the bloodstream. Heavy microbial toxins that do not mix into indoor air instead cause health problems only through spores, which are the producers of these dangerous toxins.

The effectiveness of ozone (O3) and negative ionisation of the air is based on high concentrations.

When the device produces negative ions into the air in addition to ozone, the effect is 5-10 times better than ozone alone, and high concentrations remove spores and odours effectively even from porous materials, such as sofas and bed linen.
