Two moisture measurements have just been carried out on the vehicle.

NOTE! See the reports carefully in the pictures!

The vehicle was broken into in our yard about 2 weeks ago. Nothing was taken, but some things were damaged > Most of the damage has been repaired and put back in place.

Damages:

• The radio and panel had been ripped out > a few cracks and one button missing from the dashboard > visible in the pictures. The radio/CD works, so we got it back in operation, but the trim frame for the unit is missing.

• There was a working display for the reversing camera, but it was completely broken > We left it out, so the camera is there but no display. > Holes and marks on top of the dashboard from the camera display. > The camera worked before the display was broken > so it will probably work with a new display

• The hazard light button is missing

• Some of the living area lights were broken

• The TV also took some damage > Not tested to see if it works.

Other notes:

• There are cracks in the toilet skylight > photographed

• A small crack in the floor of the washroom > photographed

The overall condition is clear from the pictures, the vehicle is 20 years old.

Not all equipment / functions have been tested. The heater at least switched on and according to the previous owner everything works as it should.

The TV was not tested, may need replacing.

During the test drive we made the following observations:

It feels good on the road. The clutch and dual-mass flywheel package (1600e) were renewed a year ago > the drivetrain is good and tight. The engine also still has its power. The air conditioning seemed to blow cold. No warning lights.

• Windshield intact

• Summer tyres have legal tread, winter tyres are missing studs

• 2 keys and living area keys, locks work

Some body repairs have been made and there is a small impact at the top left. See the pictures carefully.

The vehicle has not been technically inspected by us and the functionality of all equipment has not been tested. It may have hidden faults that we did not detect during the test drive.
