22-tonne pneumatic jack

Belongs to the group of bottle jacks, designed to lift a vehicle along a vertical axis. The jack operates with compressed air, which creates a rotating motion in the hydraulic pump, in turn generating pressure in the hydraulic cylinder section. As the pressure rises, the actuator's telescopic section extends upwards. As the pressure drops, it lowers and operates downwards. Another important design element is the jack's length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles with hard-to-reach support points. Such jacks are fitted with wheels, allowing them to be moved over rough ground. Versions designed for portable use are also available; these are much lighter and smaller, making them easy to carry in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the installed lubricator, friction between the interacting surfaces is reduced, which reduces wear and protects them from corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used in the servicing of lorries, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The device is equipped with two additional extensions that increase the lifting height. Road wheels allow easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for better working comfort.
