Ion output requires an ioniser unit inside the machine. The ozone plates do not produce it.

ABOUT IONISATION:
Negative ions produced in indoor air affect the destruction of light, positively charged particles floating in the air by attaching to them, whereby the resulting larger and heavier molecule quickly settles down, away from the breathing zone.

Negative ionisation also breaks down volatile organic compounds in the air, which are extremely harmful when inhaled from indoor air. Toxic compounds produced by many microbes and mixed into indoor air as aerosols = microbial toxins, create a very significant health hazard when they enter the lungs unhindered and through them into the bloodstream. Heavy microbial toxins that do not mix into indoor air, by contrast, cause health harm only through spores, which are the producers of these dangerous toxins.

The effectiveness of ozone (O3) and negative ionisation of air is based on high concentrations.

When the device produces negative ions into the air in addition to ozone, the effect compared with ozone alone is 5–10 times better, and the high concentrations effectively remove spores and odours also from porous materials, such as sofas and bedding.

Small particles in indoor air pose a serious health risk in the indoor air of homes and workplaces.

Harmful fine particles travel with breathing through the lower part of the lungs (alveolar cells / alveoli) into the bloodstream and cause serious health problems in addition to asthma and allergies.

    Ozonisation and negative ionisation of air works especially effectively in a building with positive pressure.

    Ozone and negative ionisation of air together create compounds that can effectively remove microbial spores and various odours, for example sewer gases, smoke odours, odours from bacteria and mould toxins, stubborn odours caused by food preparation and smoking.

    Ozone and negative ionisation of air also remove fine particles and MVOC = Microbial Volatile Organic Compounds and VOC = Volatile Organic Compounds from the air.

    By ozonising and using negative ionisation of the air, you get a pleasant indoor air that is easy to breathe, and in such a (clean) space it is good for people to be in.

    Ozone and negative ionisation of air together produce very clean indoor air also for work spaces.

Indoor air ozonisation cannot be carried out if people are present, because ozone is always produced massively in the space to destroy microbial spores. With a high ozone concentration and the combined effect of negative ionisation of the air, a good cleaning result is achieved also in porous materials. After indoor air cleaning, the ozonised space is ventilated, after which the residents can return to the apartment.
