Under the Sale of Goods Act, the condition assessment applicable is the starting price of the auction.

Most of the machines currently for sale were driven to the site, but have been unused for a long time.

When collecting them, therefore, be prepared with suitable equipment and for the possibility that they cannot be loaded by driving them on.

To avoid disputes, everything is sold as scrap.

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so tall grass and brush may cause difficulties.

Collecting items from this site is more challenging and is best done using a tractor or excavator.

The purchased item must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
A storage fee of €250/day will be charged for any additional time.

We have accepted all offers 100% of the time throughout our operation.
