Condition assessment:
The overall condition of the product is always assessed as a used item in relation to its age, usage history and similar used products. Expressions such as good, very good, neat or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, as new or completely flawless.

A used item may, regardless of condition grade, have normal wear for its age and previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic marks from use and storage. Any known material faults and defects are listed separately. Natural wear of used goods is not, in itself, a defect within the meaning of consumer protection law.

Internal and hidden faults:
A normal functional test cannot detect all internal, intermittent or later-occurring faults of the device. These may include, for example, component wear, heat-related issues, intermittent contact faults, battery deterioration or another fault that does not appear during a short test. The seller does not guarantee that the device is technically as new or completely free of hidden faults. In consumer sales, however, this does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects if a fault appearing later existed in the product at the time of handover or if the product lasts substantially less than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information given. If a fault is discovered, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller an opportunity to inspect the device before it is opened, repaired or modified.

It is the buyer's responsibility, before making an offer, to determine whether the product in the listing is suitable for the intended use and whether it is compatible with the buyer's other devices, software, operating systems, interfaces, electrical system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not responsible for the product, if correctly described and in accordance with the listing, not being suitable for the buyer's specific purpose, special requirement or device configuration that has not been agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. This does not limit the consumer's statutory right to claim that the product does not correspond to the information given in the listing or to what can reasonably be expected of a used product.

Batteries, bulbs, fuses and other wear parts are consumables. Their exact capacity, operating time, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the item description. Any remaining battery time shown by the device or operating system is a momentary estimate, not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out for the used electrical device, unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer should inspect the condition of the device, power cable, plug, power supply and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used before proper inspection or repair.

Only the items and accessories specifically mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the images as belonging to the item being sold are included in the sale. Other loose items, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the images are not included unless separately stated.

PICK-UP:
Weekdays 9.00–15.00. The exact pick-up time can be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is handled via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery will leave us within 1-2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a transaction between a business and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing remedy in accordance with the law.

A warranty is given only if separately stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the defect liability provided to the consumer by law.

A business buyer does not have the right to cancel distance sales under the Consumer Protection Act. Sales between businesses are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
