The item will be sold by bid auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com in an online auction held during 18.09.2026 - 18.10.2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18.10.2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide more detailed instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder is deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by an enforcement officer under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying mutatis mutandis the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
