The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales notice. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when preparing the notice.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The item is not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision beforehand, including e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If there are unpaid taxes, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and/or have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and recovery costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
