• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will be transferred in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any late pickup.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
