• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as-is, directly from use. The goods are from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when making a possible bid. The item is not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so check the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will relist the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
