The car does not run unevenly at times, otherwise it feels sensible to drive. The car has been examined at a workshop, which provided the following diagnosis:

"The engine runs heavily and the revs fluctuate // 94541 km - Internal valve in the intake manifold is broken, the car has a crankcase ventilation issue. - As a precaution, the valve cover should also be replaced because the cylinder head pressure diaphragm may be damaged."
