• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax-, registration- and inspection information for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and may also have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. For pickup after the allowed time, a charge of 50€ / day + VAT will be applied.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full with interest.
