Sale: The item is sold in an online auction held on the huutokaupat.com website. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

After the bid has been accepted, the person making the highest bid must pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account.

Other information: The property has been attached and is sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The buyer is responsible for their bid: the buyer who made the highest accepted bid and does not pay the purchase price may become liable for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
