Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products, of which our exhibition has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

The goods are handed over to the bidder who won the item, or to a third party by authorisation.

Compensation fee for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid winning bid: 10% of the sale price.
