22T pneumatic jack

Belongs to the group of bottle jacks, designed to lift a vehicle along a vertical axis. The jack operates with compressed air, which creates a rotary motion in the hydraulic pump, which in turn generates pressure in the hydraulic cylinder section. As the pressure rises, the telescopic part of the actuator extends upwards. As the pressure drops, it lowers and moves down. Another important design element is the jack length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles whose support points are difficult to reach. Such jacks are equipped with wheels, allowing them to be moved over rough ground. Versions designed for portable use are also available; they are much lighter and smaller, so they are easy to carry in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the built-in lubricator, friction between the interacting surfaces is reduced, which reduces wear and protects them from corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used in the servicing of lorries, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The device is equipped with two additional extensions that increase the lifting height. Road wheels allow easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for better working comfort.
