Enforced steel pontoon dock 12 metres, unfinished, no. 5, Oulu

The item is sold in accordance with the provisions of the Enforcement Code by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in two separate online auctions.

The docks (5 pcs) are sold either 1) separately by dock, or alternatively 2) all five docks together, depending on which method produces the better offer. Option 1) If selling the docks separately results in a combined total of better offers than the overall offer for all docks, the docks will be sold separately to each successful bidder. Option 2) If an overall offer for all docks exceeds the total of the offers obtained by selling the docks separately, the docks will then be sold to the bidder making the overall offer.

In this sale, the steel pontoon dock 12 metres, unfinished, no. 5 is offered for sale separately as one of a total of five docks. The item is sold by ascending bid in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 14.9.2026 to 28.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. An overall bid for all five docks may be submitted in a separate bidding process. The bidder decides whether to make separate bid(s) or an overall bid. The condition of the docks differs as shown in the condition reports. For this reason, it matters which numbered dock the bid is made for.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25.9.2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Oulu office, address Torikatu 34-40, 90100 OULU, or by email to erto.oulu.uo@oikeus.fi. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
