The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke any circumstance that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any matters related to the purchase decision before buying, including e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any additional collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
