Delivery includes the hydraulic pump and speed multiplier gearbox. Hoses, tank, valves, fittings and hydraulic oil are not included.

Commissioning

The speed multiplier gearbox is delivered without oil.

• Fill the gearbox with SAE 90 oil to the level of the sight glass before commissioning.

• Change the oil for the first time after about 50 operating hours.

• After that, change the oil about once a year or according to operating conditions.

• Before commissioning, make sure the hydraulic oil, tank, suction strainer and filter are clean.

• Bleed the pump, adjust the pressure relief valve correctly and start the system without load first.

• Use suitable O-rings and correctly sized suction and pressure hoses.

• Check the pressure relief valve setting with a pressure gauge.

• Do not apply prohibited axial or radial forces to the pump shaft.

Note!

A pressure relief valve must always be used with pumps,

installed as close to the pump as possible and set below

or at most equal to the pump or system maximum pressure.
