• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT applies for any delay beyond the pickup period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
