The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 9.9.2026 and 30.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30.9.2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system.

The written bid must be signed, and it must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid refers.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 29.9.2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Yliopistokatu 6 B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu (open on weekdays 9:00 - 12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer's liability for compensation: Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period
