• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles in Traficom's public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
