The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters possibly related to the purchase decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the winning bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
