The item will be sold by ascending bid in an electronic auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 9.9.2026 to 23.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23.9.2026 at 17.00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid which the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the enforcement authority's official funds account. Once the payment is visible in the account, the enforcement officer will make the sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 21.9.2026 at 12.00 at the address Enforcement Authority / Kuusamo office, Kaiterantie 20, 93600 Kuusamo. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale through the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
