• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later invoke a circumstance that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are several bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. • 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, and it is not added either.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters potentially related to the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection details of the vehicle from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If there are unpaid taxes, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawing from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct
