• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The items come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the product before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been observed in the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please check the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check before deciding to buy any matters that may be related to the purchase, including: vehicle taxes, condition of the device, and possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the advert is correct
