• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any extended pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full amount of any lower price difference between the offered price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest.
