• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly unpaid-tax vehicles

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, together with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
