• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any extended collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
