The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the bid submission deadline.

The person who placed the highest bid must, after the bid has been accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer is submitted. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer, and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12 A, 15140 Lahti) no later than 12:00 on the last business day before the auction ends. Customer service at the Lahti office is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:00 in the government office building’s joint service area.

The item has been seized and is sold by free official sale conducted by the enforcement officer (UK 5:76 §), as an online auction, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and the item-specific sales terms stated in the sales brochure.

The item is sold by online auction with ascending bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 15.09.2026 at 10:00 (or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been made).
