DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is done via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery will be dispatched from us 1-2 working days after the item has been paid for.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the transport company. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or putting the product into use.

If the buyer suspects a fault in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or discarding the product. In trade between a business and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.

Warranty is provided only if separately stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects owed to the consumer.
