The item is, in principle, functional. However, not all features, functions, connections or long-term reliability may have been tested in detail. Any stated functionality means that the item worked during the seller's reasonable functionality test. Any defects or deficiencies known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:
The general condition of the product is always assessed as a used item in relation to its age, usage history and similar used products. Terms such as good, very good, neat or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, as new or completely free from defects.

A used item may, regardless of its condition grade, show normal wear relative to its age and previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic signs of use and storage. Any known material defects and deficiencies are stated separately. Natural wear and tear of a used item does not in itself constitute a defect within the meaning of consumer protection law.

The item description is based on the seller's observations, information available at the time of listing and the functionality test performed. The buyer is asked to carefully review the entire listing, images, item age, condition and stated characteristics before making a binding offer.

Internal and hidden defects:
A standard functionality test cannot detect all internal, intermittent or later-emerging defects. Such defects may include, for example, component wear, heat-related faults, touch faults, battery deterioration or other faults that do not appear during a short test. The seller does not warrant that the item is technically as new or completely free from hidden defects. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects if a later defect existed in the product at the time of transfer, or if the product lasts substantially less than could reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information given. If a defect appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller an opportunity to inspect the item before opening, repairing or modifying it.

Further information is available from the seller. The item may be inspected and the information provided in the listing checked on site at an agreed time before making a binding offer.

It is the buyer's responsibility, before making an offer, to determine whether the product is suitable for the intended purpose and compatible with their other devices, software, operating systems, connections, electrical system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not responsible for the product being unsuitable for the buyer's specific purpose, special requirement or device configuration, provided the product is correctly described and matches the listing, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. This does not, however, limit a consumer's statutory right to claim that the product does not correspond to the information given in the listing or to what may reasonably be expected of a used product.

Batteries, cells, bulbs, fuses and other consumable parts are consumables. Their exact capacity, operating time, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed, unless otherwise stated in the item description. The remaining battery time shown by the device or operating system is only an instant estimate and not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical appliance unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer must inspect the condition of the device, power cord, plug, mains adapter and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used before proper inspection or repair.

The sale includes only the products and accessories stated in the item description and clearly shown in the images as belonging to the item for sale. Other movable property, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the images are not included unless separately stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 9:00–15:00. The exact collection time can be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and any included accessories match the listing.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the transport company. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or putting the product into use.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In trade between a business and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing redress in accordance with the law.

Warranty is only provided if separately mentioned in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects owed to the consumer.

A business buyer does not have a right of withdrawal under consumer protection law for distance sales. Trade between businesses is governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
