All machines, tools and supplies from the workshop at once, the entire contents of a detached house at once, large lots of firewood, a large number of storage units and shipping containers with contents that have not been examined in detail, so any kind of treasures may be found.

Lots ending on Saturday 5 Sept. are located in Vesilahti and on Sunday 6 Sept. in Savikoski, Akaa

Important!

The lot will exceptionally be invoiced after the auction has ended by email via Ropo

When we receive confirmation of payment or the payer's bank receipt, we will mark the lot as paid in the auction.

Collection instructions and street address will be sent by email after this

The lot may be inspected before placing a binding bid
The lot is sold in the condition and with the accessories it has at the time of listing and sale
The Sale of Goods Act applies to items sold by auction unless otherwise required by mandatory law
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the applicable condition assessment is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now being sold were driven to the site, but have been unused for a long time.

Please therefore come prepared with suitable equipment for collection, as they may not necessarily be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brushwood may be an obstacle.

Collecting the lots from this site is more challenging and is best done with a tractor or excavator.

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any time beyond that, we charge a storage fee of €250/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the lot's sale price, ownership reverts to the seller.
For an uncollected item, we will charge 20% of the hammer price, but at least €200 excl. VAT, in accordance with our terms and conditions

We have accepted every bid 100% throughout our entire operation.
