22 T pneumatic jack

belongs to the group of bottle jacks, designed to lift a vehicle along a vertical axis. The jack operates with compressed air, which causes a rotational movement in the hydraulic pump, which in turn generates pressure in the hydraulic cylinder section. As the pressure increases, the telescopic section of the actuator extends upwards. As the pressure drops, it lowers and moves downwards. Another important design element is the jack length, which affects ease of use when lifting vehicles with hard-to-reach support points. Such jacks are fitted with wheels, allowing them to be moved around on rough ground. There are also versions designed for portable use, which are much lighter and smaller, making them easy to transport in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the installed lubricator, friction between the interacting surfaces is reduced, which lowers wear and protects them from corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used in the maintenance of lorries, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The device is equipped with two additional extensions that increase the lifting height. Road wheels make transport easy.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for better working comfort.
