This round we are selling a large batch of agricultural machinery and equipment as well as other movable property

Tractors, excavators, backhoe loaders, lorries, trailers, Sisu drawbar tractor, Valmet forestry machine, towed tower crane, combine harvester, old cars, trailers

All machines, tools and supplies from a workshop at once, all the movable property from a detached house at once, a large number of storage units and shipping containers with contents that have not yet been inspected in detail, so anything from hidden treasures may be found.

The items ending on Saturday 5/9 are located in Vesilahti and those ending on Sunday 6/9 in Savikoski, Akaa

This item will exceptionally be invoiced after the auction ends by email via Ropo

Once we receive notification of payment or a bank receipt from the payer, we will mark the item as paid in the auction.

Collection instructions and street address will then be sent by email

The item can be inspected before placing a binding bid
The item is sold in the condition and with the accessories it has in the listing and at the time of sale
For items sold by auction, the Sale of Goods Act applies unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise
According to the Sale of Goods Act, the condition assessment to be applied is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now being sold were driven onto the site, but they have been unused for a long time.

So please prepare with suitable equipment when collecting, and note that they may not be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brush are an obstacle

The item must be collected within 5 business days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional time, we charge a storage fee of €250/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the item's sale price, ownership reverts to the seller.

For an uncollected item, a charge of 20% of the bid price, but at least €200 excl. VAT, will be invoiced in accordance with our terms and conditions
