• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The items are from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been reviewed by an inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on any factor that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from an insolvency estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters possibly related to the purchase decision before buying, including: vehicle taxes, condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from an insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, together with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
