Offers must be submitted by the stated time. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property in question, as well as the documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller confirms that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Concluding the transaction

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the authorised conveyancer is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at any given time.

Withdrawal from the sale

Under the Land Code, a party who refuses to complete the sale must compensate the other party for reasonable costs caused by advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
