No faults observed in a standard functionality test carried out when the listing was prepared, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

The item is, in principle, functional. However, not all features, functions, connectors or long-term reliability may necessarily have been tested in detail. Functionality stated in the listing means that the item worked during the seller's reasonable functionality test. Any faults and deficiencies known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:
The general condition of the product is always assessed as a used item in relation to its age, usage history and similar used products. Expressions such as good, very good, tidy or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, like new or completely flawless.

A used item may, regardless of condition grade, have normal wear and tear appropriate to its age and previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic signs of use and storage. Any known significant faults and deficiencies are stated separately. Natural wear of a used item does not in itself constitute a defect within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.

The description of the item is based on the seller's observations, the information available at the time of listing and the functionality test carried out. The buyer is asked to read the entire listing carefully, including the pictures, the item's age, condition and stated features, before making a binding offer.

Internal and hidden faults:
A standard functionality test cannot reveal all internal, intermittent or later-emerging faults. These may include, for example, component wear, faults related to heating, contact faults, battery deterioration or other faults that do not appear during a short test. The seller does not promise that the item is technically like new or completely free of hidden faults. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects if a fault appearing later existed in the product at the time of handover or if the product lasts substantially less time than can reasonably be expected on the basis of its age, price, condition and the information given. If a fault appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller the opportunity to inspect the item before it is opened, repaired or altered.

Further information is available from the seller. The item can be viewed and the information in the listing checked on site at an agreed time before making a binding offer.

It is the buyer's responsibility, before making an offer, to determine whether the item is suitable for the intended use and whether it is compatible with the buyer's other devices, software, operating systems, interfaces, power system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not responsible if a correctly described item does not suit the buyer's specific intended use, special requirement or device setup that has not been agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. This does not, however, limit the consumer's statutory right to rely on the item not matching the information given in the listing or what can reasonably be expected of a used item.

Batteries, bulbs, fuses and other consumable parts subject to wear are consumables. Their exact capacity, operating time, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the item description. The remaining battery life shown by the device or operating system is a momentary estimate and not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical device unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer should inspect the condition of the device, power cord, plug, mains adapter and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used before proper inspection or repair.

The sale includes only the items and accessories mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the photos as part of the lot. Other loose items, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the photos are not included unless separately stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 9.00–15.00. The exact collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery is sent from us 1–2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photos before discarding the packaging or putting the product into use.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, altering, repairing or discarding the product. In business-to-consumer sales, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.

A warranty is only provided if separately stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller's liability for defects under the law.

A business buyer does not have a right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act for distance selling. Business-to-business sales are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
