The automatic transmission’s bearing was making noise and the repair shop recommended fitting a working used gearbox. The car was driven for two kilometres, but then it stopped because the transmission’s electronic adaptation had not been carried out. The bearing in the original gearbox was replaced and the gearbox was installed back in place. The car is still in SAFE mode and the electronic adaptation could not be done at the small repair shop, so the car was left standing in the yard.
