• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on any circumstance that could have been detected during the advance inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The item is not new, so defects and omissions may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters that may be related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the appliance, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
