• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as removed from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected in the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. The item must be paid before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: All sales are final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision before deciding, including e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected, and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any legal and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
