The item will be sold by a bidding sale in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 25.8.2026 to 15.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 15.9.2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 25.8.2026 - 15.9.2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.
